Thermal Camera: Getting Started
How to get started with your RealWear Thermal Camera Module
To get started with your Thermal Camera Module, you'll first need to:
1. Update your RealWear Navigator device to the latest firmware. For instructions on how to do so, please see the following page: Wireless Firmware Update
2. After updating your device, please remove the existing camera module or camera cover from your device. You can then install your new Thermal Camera Module. Instructions on how to remove and/or replace your unit can be found here: Thermal Camera Installation
Note: your RealWear Navigator device has a safety feature where the unit will shut down if there is no camera or cover installed.
3. Now that you have installed your Thermal Camera Module, you can use your thermal camera within the My Camera application, along with numerous video conference platforms.
