SSP or Warranty - What's included?

RealWear offers a limited warranty and SSP Warranty extension (available as an extra at point of purchase)

RealWear 1-Year Warranty – Summary

What’s Included:

  • Hardware Repair or Replacement: Covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. RealWear may repair, replace, or refund the product.

  • Support Services: Access to technical support via phone, email, or web. Basic support includes response within 24 hours during business days.

  • Advance Replacement (if applicable): If RealWear support deems replacement necessary, they may ship a replacement device before receiving the faulty one. The original must be returned within 30 days.

  • Shipping Costs: RealWear covers shipping from the customer to their repair facility for approved warranty returns.

What’s Not Included:

  • Damage from Misuse or Unauthorized Modifications: Any damage caused by improper use or alterations voids the warranty.

  • Software and Data: The warranty does not cover software issues or data loss. RealWear is not responsible for backing up or restoring customer data.

  • Consequential Damages: No coverage for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

  • Post-Warranty Failures: Once the 1-year term ends, no warranty coverage is provided.
