      RealWear One App

      Launched in September 2023 The RealWear One app is the latest update to the RealWear Companion App.

      The RealWear One app is available in the iOS App Store and the Google Play Store

      Known limitations in v4.0

      • Initiating a call whilst the device is asleep will not wake the device.​
      • Companion session is a rolling 30 minutes. If you don't use the app you will need to re-pair by scanning the QR code.​
      • Wifi setup only supports WPA​
      • Device must be on 1.6 or above​
      • Remote keyboard will remove any previously entered text​
      • You must 'terminate call' on your headset
