4. Photo Attachment: For incidents or reports that require visual documentation, users can take photos directly within the application. The option to switch to a thermal camera adds versatility for specific tasks, such as identifying heat sources in maintenance or safety inspections.

How to Log In to the Application 

1. Launch the Application: Navigate to the My Programs section and open the application. 
   
2. Initiate Sign-In: Say “Sign in” to display the 9-digit login code on your screen. 
   
3. Complete the Process: Once the code is verified, you will be signed in successfully.

How to Change Personas in the application

1. The application offers multiple personas tailored to different professional roles:
   1. Oil & Gas Engineer 
   2. Healthcare Professional 
   3. Engineering Manager 
   4. Auto Technician 
   5. Chemical Spill Specialist 

 
Selecting the appropriate persona can help align the application’s functionality to your specific job tasks. 

Steps to Change Personas: 

1. On the Home screen of the application, locate the Select Persona option at the top. 
   
2. Say "Select persona". 
3. State the persona you wish to activate. For example, say "Select Energy" to switch to an energy-focused role.

How to complete an incident report

1. Initiate Report: On the home screen of the application, use the voice command "Incident Report" to start.
2. Describe the Incident: Speak clearly about the details of the incident you want to report. The application will capture your narration. 

1. After you stop speaking, the application will automatically summarize the incident. 
2. Refinement Option: To make adjustments, use the voice command "Refine". The AI will prompt additional questions about the incident, allowing you to provide more details or skip if unnecessary. 
   
3. Attach a Photo: Say "Take Photo" to capture an image. You can choose between a standard photo or switch to a thermal camera mode for enhanced visualization. 
   

How to Perform a Shift Change 

To ensure an effective handover between shifts, follow these steps in the application: 

1. Initiate Shift Change: On the Home screen of the application, say "Shift Change" to begin the process. 
   
2. Start Recording Shift Details: Next, say "Start Now" and begin speaking about your shift details. This information will be recorded for the next person logging in. 
   
3. Your report will land in Microsoft Teams, ready for you to send to someone.
