      Loose Screen / Ball Joint Hinge Navigator Series

      If you notice your screen no longer has the rigidity it once hand, it may be due to the ball joint hint caliper coming loose, this is an easy and quick fix.

      See the image sequence below

      1. Hold the headset by the screen

      2. Place your finger nail between the screen housing and the ball joint dust cover

      3. Slide the dustcover down the arm of the headset and rotate the tightening wheel shown in the photo, this will tighten the ball joint hinge.

      4. Replace the dust cover the correct way round
