How do I use a Static IP Address?

On your RealWear headset, you can set up a Static IP at the network-level.

Add Network Method:
Go into your device WiFi settings. 

MY CONTROLS>WIRELESS NETWORK>WIRELESS NETWORK SETTINGS

OR

MY PROGRAMS>SETTINGS>NETWORK & INTERNET>INTERNET

Once there, say "ADD NETWORK"

"CANCEL EDIT">"ADVANCED OPTIONS">"PAGE DOWN"

Say "IP SETTINGS">"STATIC"

Edit Existing Network Method:

If you've already joined a network using the default DHCP IP Settings, go into your device WiFi settings. 

MY CONTROLS>WIRELESS NETWORK>WIRELESS NETWORK SETTINGS

OR

MY PROGRAMS>SETTINGS>NETWORK & INTERNET>INTERNET

Select your currently connected network by saying the name of the network or "SELECT ITEM #", using the number to the left of the network name.

Say "SELECT ITEM 2", to edit the network configuration.

"CANCEL EDIT">"ADVANCED OPTIONS">"PAGE DOWN"

Say "IP SETTINGS">"STATIC" to complete setup.

Changes are saved automatically.
