Sign Into Your Workspace
This article provides instructions on how to sign-in to your workspace and change or reset your password
To sign into your workspace, do the following:

Go to cloud.realwear.com.
Note: You can sign into your workspace following the steps below or clicking Sign In With Microsoft to use your Microsoft account credentials. -
Enter your workspace name.
Note: Your workspace name is in your invitation email. If you cannot find your workspace name, contact your administrator or contact RealWear support at support@realwear.com. -
Enter your email address and password.
Note: Enter the email address that was used to receive your workspace invitation. - Enter your password.
- Click Sign In.
Change Your Password
To change your password, do the following:
- Sign into RealWear Cloud.
- Click on your name in the top right corner of the screen to open the dropdown menu.
- Click Update Profile.
- Scroll down to the Sign in & security field. Click Update.
- Enter your current password in the Existing Password field.
- Enter your new password in the New Password field.
- Re-enter your new password in the Confirm New Password field.
- Click Change Password.
Forgotten Password
If you forgot your password, do the following:
- Go to cloud.realwear.com.
- Click Forgot Password.
- Enter your workspace name in the Workspace field.
- Enter your email address in the Email field.
- Click Email me a password reset link.

Check your email and click Reset your Password.
Note: Check your junk/spam folder if the email does not appear in your inbox. - Enter your new password in the New Password field.
- Re-enter your new password in the Confirm New Password field.
- Click Reset My Password.
