Sign Into Your Workspace

This article provides instructions on how to sign-in to your workspace and change or reset your password

To sign into your workspace, do the following:

1. Go to cloud.realwear.com.

   Note:   You can sign into your workspace following the steps below or clicking Sign In With Microsoft to use your Microsoft account credentials.

2. Enter your workspace name.

   Note:   Your workspace name is in your invitation email. If you cannot find your workspace name, contact your administrator or contact RealWear support at support@realwear.com.

3. Enter your email address and password.

   Note:   Enter the email address that was used to receive your workspace invitation.
4. Enter your password.
5. Click Sign In.
   
   

Change Your Password

To change your password, do the following:

1. Sign into RealWear Cloud.
2. Click on your name in the top right corner of the screen to open the dropdown menu.
3. Click Update Profile.
   
   
4. Scroll down to the Sign in & security field. Click Update.
   
   
5. Enter your current password in the Existing Password field.
6. Enter your new password in the New Password field.
7. Re-enter your new password in the Confirm New Password field.
8. Click Change Password.
   
   

Forgotten Password

If you forgot your password, do the following:

1. Go to cloud.realwear.com.
2. Click Forgot Password.
   
   
3. Enter your workspace name in the Workspace field.
4. Enter your email address in the Email field.
5. Click Email me a password reset link.

6. Check your email and click Reset your Password.

   Note:   Check your junk/spam folder if the email does not appear in your inbox.
   
   
7. Enter your new password in the New Password field.
8. Re-enter your new password in the Confirm New Password field.
9. Click Reset My Password.
