Android Enterprise Support

Ari OS devices are Android Enterprise devices. If your organisation already manages phones or tablets through an enterprise mobility management system, these devices fit into the same system rather than needing their own.

Two ways to manage a fleet

Ari Business Cloud manages devices, and is built for these devices specifically. It handles the things a general-purpose system does not know about: which apps are pinned to Ari Home, which settings tiles a user sees, locking a device to a single app.

Your existing EMM or MDM manages them as Android Enterprise devices alongside everything else you own. This is the route to take when a single console matters more than device-specific control.

The two are not exclusive. A device enrolled in an MDM can still take configuration from Ari Business Cloud.

Which systems work

Because the devices follow the Android Enterprise standard, most providers work. Enrolment by QR code is supported for Workspace ONE, SOTI MobiControl, Microsoft Intune, MaaS360 and Ivanti Neurons.

The list of currently supported providers is kept separately and is worth checking against your own before committing. If your provider is not on it, ask them whether they support Android Enterprise dedicated devices; most do.
